North Redondo Beach - Room for Rent

I have a room on the first floor in an apartment right off of Artesia Boulevard in the North Redondo Beach area which will be available September 1st. The area is very walkable; there is a cafe directly across the street, as well as a park just a couple blocks down the street. It is about a ten-minute drive from the Redondo Beach Harbor, from Downtown Manhattan Beach, and from the 405 Freeway!

This unit has sole access to the patio and half of a garage is available for parking/storing items. We have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. There is also plenty of space in the kitchen!

The terms of the lease are yearly; once we have completed a year lease, we will move to month-to-month terms. I have the renters’ insurance covered. There is a RUBS fee for trash and water, as well as individual gas, electric, and internet bills, all of which we will split 50/50 (averages out to be around $130-$160 per person per month). Pets are not allowed.

In my opinion, the immediate neighbors are great and easy to get along with. I really love this area and would like to find someone who will enjoy it as well!

I will be the only other person living in the unit. I work an office job and am typically home by the early evening. I like to spend my time home in the living room watching TV or listening to music.

Occasionally, I will have a guest or two over. I do not usually cook, but I like to make a big meal if I have multiple friends over, and I love to share. I encourage you to invite guests as well!

It is important to me that we get along well! We do not have to spend much time socializing each day, but I like to maintain a friendly living environment. Please be cool, respectful, and honest, and I will be the same!
