Looking for a clean roommate in South Bay

Great location in North Redondo Beach! Near freeway, mall, restaurants/cafes, post office, beach. Neighborhood is very animal friendly with lots of walking paths and family friendly as well.

Rent includes a private room larger than 10 x 10 plus the closet! Currently furnished with a queen storage bed and extra bedding, table, chair, lamp, ceiling fan, and air purifier.

Shared bathroom in a two bedroom apartment so must be clean! Street parking only. Utilities such as electricity/internet/renters insurance will be shared. Water and trash are included.

No overnight guests. Single occupancy, female roommate preferred. I have a 5yo daughter so a fellow single mom with a daughter around the same age would be considered as well.

Also must be dog-friendly as I have a 9yo yorkie poodle. No cats please. No other pets preferred but would consider another small dog possibly if they all get along.

Please let me know a little bit about yourself if interested. Scheduled viewings around lunchtime are easiest but I can be flexible as well.
