Rent includes a private room larger than 10 x 10 plus the closet! Currently furnished with a queen storage bed and extra bedding, table, chair, lamp, ceiling fan, and air purifier.
Shared bathroom in a two bedroom apartment so must be clean! Street parking only. Utilities such as electricity/internet/renters insurance will be shared. Water and trash are included.
No overnight guests. Single occupancy, female roommate preferred. I have a young daughter.
Also must be dog-friendly as I have a 10yo yorkie poodle. No cats please. No other pets preferred but would consider another small dog possibly if they all get along.
