Room is downstairs of a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome. Right next to the front door with a window showing out to the backyard patio. Downstairs bathroom is shared with Nick (current roommate) and upstairs we have nice kitchen with dining room, and big living room with good size couch and tv for hanging out and balcony / patio. I (Daniel) live upstairs in the master bedroom w/ my dog (Scooby) he’s an 8 year old pitbull. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, we all share the plates, utensils, etc. Make shift gym in the garage. We are about 5-10 minutes from Hermosa pier, 10 minutes from manhattan beach pier, and down the street from the 405.
