Looking for a FEMALE roommate age 20-30 to share a SPACIOUS 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse.

You would have a large UNFURNISHED bedroom with a PRIVATE bath that has lots of storage.

The home has 1000 sq. ft. of living space and 2 patios. Real hardwood flooring and new carpet throughout. Fully equip kitchen with lots of cabinet space.

NOTE: the pictures are of the proeprty unfurnished as I have not yet moved in. The living room WILL be fully furnished. My furniture is similar in looks and vibe to the 2 pictures shown. I also have patio furniture with a firepit table that will be great for entertaining.

ABOUT ME: I'm an outgoing, down to earth, courteous 24 year old female. I own a digital marketing agency. I am also a working actress and recording artist. I love the beach, hanging out with friends, and traveling.
