Seeking a responsible, Non Smoking, chill person to share the unit in Redondo Beach.
*5 mins to Hermosa, Manhattan, Torrance and about 10 minutes from El Segundo and LAX for travel...

The place is bright, quiet, tidy, safe and is located in the Southbay/ Beach Cities near shopping, the 405/91/110 freeways, transportation, (LAX), approximately 5-10min to El Segundo, Torrance the Hermosa and Manhattan Beach piers as well as the Beach!

This is a comfortable easy living space, shoes at the door, new carpet thru out.
House privileges include -Minimal/ Lite cooking only, washer dryer in unit and decent street parking.

Not a party pad / very chill, no drugs/ no smoking... Quiet at night and plenty of privacy. Please be Someone who is Respectful of each other and private space. No regular over night guests please, Occasional, ok.

Basics:
-Be tidy and clean up after yourself
-Financially responsible
-Non Smoker
-Minimal Lite Cooking
-Must not work from home
-Must be Dog Friendly (we have small dogs - sorry NO additional dogs/pets)

Good neighborhood location if you like to run, bike, walk or travel about.

Rent is $1395 and includes utilities, Washer/Dryer in unit, wireless internet.
Available for short term, month to month + or longer, TBD.
Deposit is required... No smoking, Again, No pets please.
