Own Room and own Bathroom in shared 4BR Home close to beach, multiple parks (right next to Glen Anderson Park), and Freeways.

Brand new house just completed construction... you can ask me why I'm renting out rooms when we meet. Haha

Major Cross Streets are Manhattan Beach Boulevard and Aviation. Unfurnished room in otherwise furnished Home.

Rooms include own bathroom, large windows, wood hardwood flooring, closets with shelf/hanger system.

Multiple common areas - large great room / dining room / kitchen. And there is also another family room upstairs that can be used as office/hang out area. Home will have in unit washer/dryer. Access to park on driveway / plenty of street parking.

Seeking responsible and respectful person to share. Sorry, no pets. Also, to keep the house clean - I am asking that you remove your shoes before you walk inside the house, so if that is too troublesome then it won't be a good fit.

Additional for utilities/internet - minimum $120/month (although no cable TV) & security deposit of 1 month rent.

I am Asian professional male who usually works from home and enjoys sports.

The other 2 roommates are professionals with range from mid 20's-40 (whoever moved in would be the 4th roommate).

My roommate is moving out due to going fully remote, his official move out date is early February but he is planning to move out by January 17th so it will be available then.
