Sorry No pets … 3 rooms available from large to small furnished or unfurnished same price large room queen bed futon couch 55in shart tv and desk with excellent city views, med room furnished full bed and desk wall mount for your tv 3rd room is unfurnished but has awesome city views as well all rooms are private room.. Large shared double sink bathroom that is cleaned every other week but you are expected to clean up after yourself as well toilet paper and cleaning supply are supplied by me
living room has wood burning fireplace, 65 in HD TV and comfy sectional couch has prime and Netflix
I have my own living room in my room and Im on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms

house is a 4 bed 2.5 bath home approx. 2600 sf…..the house is always clean … any mess you make, just clean up after yourself.

freeway close 2 min away trader joes within walking distance plus tons of stores and restaurants within a mile, plenty of nightlife within 2 miles
the house is quiet and peaceful … I’m really easy going respectful and courteous, .. it's my house but I live by the same rules as everybody else.... your privacy and quiet living are assured here
