This is a nice 3 bdrm. 2-1/2 bath Townhome w/ high ceilings and only one shared wall with another unit in a quiet 26 unit complex (mostly families)

I'm seeking 1 new (Preferably) female roommate for my rental.
I'm very health oriented, clean, Respectful and considerate of others, friendly and super easy to get along with. I have a busy social life so I'm not around very much . Other roommate is new but seems very clean, cool and friendly .
There is a separate room off the garage that can be utilized as an office space for an extra $50/month. (There are a few things stored in that room).

RE PETS : I LOVE animals and A Small non-shedding dog or possible cat Might be ok with the owners as long as it's WELL trained and doesn't do its business indoors. ( $500 pet approval and deposit required by owners)

Utilities with internet are shared and average about $115/month each with 3 of us. I also have a housekeeper come in once/month at a cost of $60 each.

We have a nice Washer and Dryer on the Lower garage level as well.
The place is mostly furnished in the shared spaces but there might be room for a smaller item here or there.
