One roomate in large, 3 bedroom townhouse

About us and the house:

We're both male engineers who work in El Segundo (mid 20's and early 30's). We are looking for one additional roommate in the same age range. We're both easygoing people and considerate. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 smaller and a master). This ad is for one of the non-master bedrooms. You'll be sharing a full bathroom with one other roommate. The house has also has an additional half bathroom on the middle level.

Didn't include picture because the current tenant still has a lot of furniture in the room at the moment, but the carpet and paint in the room is new, and matches all of the other photos you see of the upstairs. The room also has a window and closet.

The kitchen is huge with a lot of useful counter and storage space. We get an excellent breeze throughout the kitchen and pretty much the rest of the house. The patio sits right off of the kitchen and is a a great place to hang out and relax. The patio faces west, making it a great place to watch the sunset.

There is a two car garage (3 roommates), so you'll be able to park in the garage 2 out of every 3 months. There is a guest parking spot (typically open) that we share with the two adjacent houses. Street parking is typically easy.
The common areas in the house are mostly furnished, but we plan on getting some new things once the other tenant moves out. There is also one cat living in the house.

The house is in North Redondo, but sits down in a valley close to Aviation and Artesia, making it very easy to get around to wherever you need to go quickly, but without too much road noise!

Move in is nominally July 27th, but we can set something up for you to move in earlier also. There is a security deposit.
