NICE, LARGE townhome 5-10 minutes from the Beach !

I rent a NICE 2300 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath townhome. LOTS of windows and natural light !! close to stores, shops ,restaurants and the Beach in a nice. quiet neighborhood of North Redondo Beach. Close to to the freeway and Northrup / and Space X isn't far either.
My awesome roommate and her daughter recently moved to their own place closer to the daughters school so I'm seeking 1 mature, clean, respectful and responsible FEMALE TEMPORARY (through end of January) roommate to rent the one other room I still have open. The room is approx. 12' x 14.5' , and has a big East facing window and shares a nice Dual sink bathroom with my other female roommate.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY RENTAL ONLY as I have a friend moving in at the end of January
Sorry but no pets as the current roommate already has a medium sized dog ....(MAYBE a cool friendly cat would be ok)

Normal rent for this room is $1,250/ month but as this is a Temporary rental I'm discounting it to $1,000/month

This is a NICE place with decent sized rooms/closets and a great layout ! 2 living rooms and a fireplace. It Also has a cool loft area we sort of use as an office space or a temp crash pad for the occasional guest !

Parking : 1 driveway spot on a first come first served basis and Street parking only but it's usually pretty easy to park right across the street or VERY close by.
I'm a HUGE music fan and a bit of an audiophile so roommates who are of like mind would be awesome !
I would like to fill the other room ASAP so be friendly and reach out and say hi if your looking for a cool place to live ! Health oriented folks a PLUS :)
