Private room in Lovely Townhouse in Redondo Beach

Fully furnished private, downstairs, room and bathroom located 6 minutes from the beach. It is located right in the middle of Hermosa and Manhattan Beach, so it is close to everything. Included in the price is: a bed with linens, and towels. Large walk in closet. Flat Screen TV. Internet. Small Fridge. Microwave, if desired. Kitchen Privileges. Washer/Dryer. All utilities.
Parking. Patio located outside the bedroom is like having an extra room. My townhouse is a reverse floor plan, so our areas are quite separate. Most renters have stayed far longer than they planned, because they feel so comfortable.

I am looking for a professional female renter with a full time “go to” job, who is clean and neat and does not enjoy cooking very often. No smoking or drugs. Will consider small non-shedding dog. Also, must love dogs. I have a 2 year old Maltese puppy. Please include a photo of yourself. Always good to attach a name to a face. Thank you.
Will possibly consider 1 to 3 month stay, depending on the situation, but prefer at least 6 months.
