Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and many local restaurants. As well as the shops of Old Town Pasadena, and Lake ave. There is also a brand new 85 inch TV/ home theater system to enjoy. It is a in an apartment that stays very cool in the heat. SINGLE occupancy. You will be sharing full size bathroom with one other person/guests. One month deposit. Ample amount of street parking. Rent includes all utilities and high speed internet access. 2 roommates are males in their 30s and 40s. I enjoy video editing/creation, live comedy/music and playing basketball/working out. Im currently working in the addiction field, so no heavy drinking please. It would be great to have someone to work/hangout with.
