Master bedroom w/ priv bath & oceanview balcony

The master bedroom in a 2-bed 2-bath place with a vacant master bedroom, an attached bathroom, an attached balcony, a separate living room balcony, and a kitchen equipped with a fridge and microwave. There is one young male tenant in the second bedroom already. The gated community has 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a small gym, and reserved parking! There’s a beautiful coastal view when it’s not foggy, a Ralph’s within walking distance, and a gorgeous hike trail not too far away!

I would be your only roommate, in the smaller bedroom! I have a full-time job, so I'm usually gone for most of Monday-Friday. You can meet me when I show you the place, but I’m quiet, laid back, clean, and organized. Even if my room is messy, I am very respectful of common spaces. I’d like to socialize a little bit, but if you prefer to keep to yourself, I don’t mind that either! I don’t drink or smoke. You’re welcome to drink, but I’d prefer you didn’t smoke!
