My boyfriend and I have an extra bedroom for rent in our home. It is located in a gated community of Porter Ranch , close to The vineyards. Rent is $1250/ month and includes a private unfurnished bedroom and with private double vanity sink bathroom. There is plenty of street parking. No pets allowed. I have a small dog who has full run of the house. The room lease is for one year. no smoking as I have asthma and allergies. This is for single occupancy only. The home, the furniture, and all appliances are brand new. Full access to kitchen, laundry, and small yard. Not just looking for a body to fill a room. As this is a shared space, the most important part of that we get along and can understand each other. We both are working professionals and don’t have time for drama. We are easy going, enjoy movies, music, and going out.
