Hey there!  We’re two cousins looking for a third roommate to share our quiet townhouse. The available room is unfurnished, and you’ll have full access to the kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer and dryer and outdoor patio.
We do share a shower, but you’ll have your own half-bath room for convenience.
The rental is 12 months and utilities (internet, gas, water, and electricity) are split evenly among the roommates.
A bit about us — we both work full-time, enjoy cooking, relaxing with a good binge-watch, and mostly do our own thing. We’re easygoing, respectful, and like to keep a chill environment at home.
We also share the space with Aria, our friendly and quiet husky, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a dog.
