The property is 5 mins away from CPP. Shuttle is available for Cal poly students, everything is up to date and well maintained. My lease ends on July 31st, but I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my lease, starting May. I’m relocating due to school and need to be closer. I live in floor plan D on the first floor. If you’re student at CPP or Mt. Sac this will be a perfect location for you.

This room is only available for ONE occupancy, being that there's already three current housemates living here already. This is an all female unit.
