One bedroom available in a quiet three bedroom/one bathroom house. Applicants must be able to pass a background check through the rental agency, tolerant of both cats and dogs, and cannot smoke. No new pets are allowed to be brought to the house because of our rental agreement, with exceptions for support animals. No overnight guests unless approved by the other occupants.

Single applicants preferred. The rent cost will be raised $50 for couples. The rental agreement will end in September 2018. The house is located near Holt, the I-71, and the I-10 freeways. The room is unfurnished. Utilities, including wifi access, are included in the cost of rent. You are also welcome to use the fridge, washer, dryer, stove, and all other appliances, as well as the shared storage areas.
