Private bedroom (approximately 12' x 9.5')
Mirrored closet plus additional hallway storage
Shared bathroom with one other female roommate
Bedroom is unfurnished

THE APARTMENT
Rent: $975/month plus one-third of utilities (gas, electric, internet, and cable)
First month's rent + security deposit due at move-in
Six-month commitment, then month-to-month
Fully furnished common areas and stocked kitchen—just bring your bedroom furniture
