📍 Location is a quiet neighborhood in Playa Del Rey, just a 10-min walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. 5-min drive to LAX or Dockweiler Beach.

About the Room/Apartment:

Private room + private bathroom (shower & toilet). Furnished (bed) – but furniture can be removed if you have your own. Shared kitchen + living room. Shared workstation in the living room. Balcony to the street. Tandem parking in the attached garage. Laundry in the building. Swimming pool. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to all Freeways (105/405/10/90/91)

Rent does not include electricity + internet
