May 1St - Room For Rent - Playa Del Rey - 1675$

Hello,

I have to relocate for work earlier than anticipated, so my bedroom is available starting May 1st in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a residential part of Playa Del Rey. *There are only 2 bedrooms, not 3 - Spare Room won't let me change it on this add.*

There is free street parking in front and a laundry room in the building. Only 3 min drive from the beach :D

The room comes with en suite bathroom (private). Rent is 1675$/mth. Utilities are payed separately and run around 40$/month for internet + 25-30$/mth for LADWP, depending on usage. Apartment is fully furnished except for my bedroom. However my mattress/dresser/TV are for sale, if you're interested.

You would be sharing with my lovely roommate Sophia, who's been living here 2 years now. She's 26 yrs old, super sweet and mostly keeps to herself. She teaches high school students nearby (so she's at work most weekdays from 7:30am-5:30pm).

Our unit does not accept pets or smoking, and we are looking for a single, young professional to take over my room (no couples). Nearest intersection is W Manchester and Falmouth (90293).

There is a one time deposit of 1675$ for landlord, and a 100$ to Sophia for utilities, both of which you get back when you move out (unless you are responsible for any breaks or damages).

Happy to have in person visits for applicants who meet criteria. If interested in applying, landlord requires an application form and will proceed with a background/credit check. Once approved, you'd be co-signing a new 12 month lease with Sophia.
