One bedroom available for one person in a large two bedroom, two bath apartment for three months, June-August. Short term only but somewhat flexible if a little longer rental is needed.
Sorry, no pets because I have them myself!
Must be a true cat lover and a non smoker.
I believe that a mellow, mindful, friendly, and respectful student or senior would be the best fit.

I’m in my 50’s, super active, friendly people person, busy, and work mostly from home.

I'm located close to LMU, Otis, Dockweiler, the beach, west-side, Freeways 405 and 105. I'm about a 5 minutes drive north of LAX. Ralph's and Bristol Farms are the grocery stores near by, as well as library, LA Fitness, golf course, bars, and restaurants in PDR's quaint little town center. Playa Vista with all its' hip fun stuff; Whole Foods, movie theater, Park, LA Fitness w. pool, etc. is about 1.5 mi away. My apartment is located in a small cute older building on the 2nd floor. Laundry room available downstairs in the building.

The monthly rent is $1165+ $50-75 for utilities.
Deposit: 600
Requirements to move in: 2 personal references.
Proof of income, show bank statements, or pay everything upfront.

The room is recently painted and carpet steam cleaned. Furniture are new as well.
The room has its own mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee brewer, so that you can be as private as you want to.
Shared areas are the dining room and kitchen and please be someone who would clean up after yourself.

This is a peaceful-, calm-, cozy-, and clean home, so if you inquire about the room, please be someone who goes about life in a peaceful manner.
