Peaceful apartment near the beach!

Hello! I have two spots in a three-bedroom apartment for two girls in Playa Del Rey opening up around mid-July, one of those rooms could be available sooner upon request. Each room is about $1400+plus utilities a month with a year-long lease. The two rooms share a bathroom. My current roommates are willing to sell their beds and some furniture from their rooms (most of it, including the beds, was bought this year). Your room could easily be partially furnished, and the living room will be fully furnished. Also, our apartment has a pretty good-sized deck.
The apartment complex is super peaceful and has many amenities (two pools, clubhouse, gym with a spa, tennis court, etc.). It is a 25-minute walk from the beach, a 5-10-minute drive to LMU, and 10 minutes from LAX. Also, the complex has a secure mailroom for deliveries. There is a tandem parking space in a covered garage that I rarely use unless I absolutely can’t find parking.
I am 23 years old and finishing my undergrad at LMU. I’m studying philosophy and English, so I love reading and writing. I also love my walks to the beach, pilates, yoga, and hanging out with friends. I’m a night owl and am very bad at waking up early. I rarely go out and much prefer long dinners or a cozy bar. I’m unsure what my schedule will look like next semester, but I’m usually at school all day.
The ideal roommates would be students (upperclassmen) or working professionals 23 and up, who are chill, don’t go out too often (or at least don’t bring the party home), and like to keep a clean space. I am honest and would love it if that honesty were reciprocated. This is my sanctuary and safe place from school, so I would love to maintain this peaceful atmosphere. Also, if you have a pet, we would need to arrange it with the landlord, so pets are tentatively allowed.
