Other building amenities include garage parking with your own space, a hot tub, and a small gym. It’s a really safe and cute spot for a young professional/grad student. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Ballona Creek Bike Path.

Playa Del Rey is a super nice retreat from the chaos of LA. It's a relatively safe and quiet area. I've walked down every street in the neighborhood and there are some pretty beautiful homes just up the hill, closer to the beach. You can also get to the Culver City Westfield really fast using SR 90 for shopping, that highway is usually traffic-free (unlike the 405).

I am a recent college graduate of Loyola Marymount University, and now I work full-time at a post-production company. I have my own bathroom separate from yours and am respectful of your space. I don’t use the living room super often, but sometimes have friends over for food and a movie, and you’re welcome to join us if you’d like! I'm gay so having another queer/female roommate to share the space would be great! :) No pets and I’m a non-smoker but I don’t mind if you do it on the patio.
