I am looking for a roommate.

Offering an awesome,* fully-furnished* (photos show unfurnished room), one master bed/bathroom lockoff in a beautiful 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment with amazing amenities near the beach, airport, nightlife, shopping malls, movie theaters, universities and more! You can even watch airplanes land from the balcony without any of the noise from the airport. With its location and semi-short-term availability (3 months is the shortest term allowed by the building), it is perfect for students, flight attendants and traveling nurses.

Amenities include: walk-in closet, pool, hot tub, BBQs, rooftop terrace, gym and much more!

I am looking for someone clean, stable, friendly and kind. I prefer to have a good relationship and be friends with my roomates.

About me: I work very long hours as a rideshare driver and I often come home VERY late at night. I am usually quiet, but hey, sometimes, a small party breaks out. There is a giant 65" TV and home theater system and the apartment is smart with many automations set up. It is an Apple-based system, so, having an iPhone is probably required. I love to cook, and like the outdoors as much as indoors.
