Seeking one roommate for a modern, safe 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Playa del Rey. Home share with two females. Room is available now or around March 1, 2026. Ready for move in.

Seeking roommate for at least 6-12 months. $800 refundable deposit and $200 non-refundable cleaning fee upon moving out. Must provide proof of salary, simple background check and copy of credit report (Free Credit Karma ok). The sublease contract goes month to month with 30-day notice by either party but prefer someone who would like to stay longer term.

ALL Included in the rent are: Central air/heat, balconies/patio, cable/wireless internet, dishwasher, gas fireplace. Washer/dryer in unit, Microwave, Pool, Spa/hot tub, small gym, some good, shared storage (large garage shed & locked bike cage).

Bedroom is 10 1/2 x 12 1/2 with a 6 x 6 walk in closet. It is furnished with a new Ikea bed and queen mattress, TV, nightstand, Ikea 8 Kallax case and dresser. Decorate the room however you'd like.

Very clean bathroom with a shower/tub that would be SHARED with another roommate. Room has a big window with lots of light. Street parking is plentiful, lighted and safe - right in front of the home. Street sweeping Wednesday & Thursday 12 noon - 2:30pm.

Close to all Freeways (105/405/10/90 & 91), Beach (3 blocks), Buses/Transit/Metro services available.

Quiet and non-drama life with a cat who is very friendly and lovable. Roommates work home, office and are respectful and share in the responsibilities around the house.

Kind, considerate and treat people with respect. Not partiers, but do occasionally have friends, family or guests over. Same for you, all welcome as long as they are respectful of the home. However, please no long-term guests. We enjoy staying active and go to the gym, read, travel, etc. Seeking people who don't take life too seriously, have positive outlooks, enjoy socializing once in a while, pay on time, are responsible and easy to get along with. Must like pets. All we ask is no drama, loud parties or drugs. OUTSIDE SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE.
