Summer sublet is available for June & July. $1,100 per month all utilities included, including wifi.

Renting to: Female only or queer/non-binary.

You will have your own room (unfurnished) and will share the bathroom.
The room is bright and adjacent to the garden
1 bathroom furnished and shared
Kitchen and living room access that is fully furnished

This room is best for someone who does not work from home & is a professional or a student over the summer.

Safety is important and cameras are on site, outside of the house. Landlord lives in the back mother in law home. Everyone is very quiet and respectful & keeps to themselves.

Parking on the street and plentiful. Street cleaning Wednesday/Thursday.

The room is unfurnished, but can come with 1 dresser if you want it.

Me: Female, professional, quiet, respectful, warm demeanor, friendly, but also likes to keep to herself. Clean. Washes own dishes and maintains a clean home.

Us: We all participate in keeping the place secure and private, and share the cost of cleaning products as needed.

I am looking someone who needs a quiet and transitional place to relax and will keep the common area clear of personal clutter, does their dishes, and keeps the bathroom clean.

No pets, smoking or drugs. No overnight visitors due to landlord preference who lives separately in the back house (mother in law).This is peaceful and temporary place for someone who is respectful and is okay with these rules for June & July. This is not a party house. We keep the noise down at night with early hour working schedules. The neighborhood is quiet.
