Hello my name is Sade and I’m looking for a chill and respectful roommate to fill in an extra room in a 2bed 1.5bath in Santa Monica.

- Centralized location: 6min drive to SMC, 12min walk to Trader Joe’s, 20min drive to UCLA, 9min drive to Sawtelle, 7min drive to 24hr fitness, 13min drive to Santa Monica Pier
- Close access to the 10 fwy

Looking for a Jan/Feb move in time- this is flexible!

Details:
- Rent $1200 + utilities split between the both of us
- 1 month deposit
- 1 bedroom (approx. 120sq ft. not including a 3x6 closet)  with shared bathroom, and there is a half bath downstairs 
- currently being used as an office but I will remove everything once you get here

Shared spaces: living room, kitchen

Parking: Street parking is available with a parking tag which will be provided 

Laundry: Currently doing laundry at the laundromat across the street but we do have a washer/dryer hook up so pending acquiring one in the meantime 
Heater only (no AC but we do live in Santa Monica, been surviving off fans in the summer)

- My name is Sade and I am a 31 year old male nurse, veteran, bisexual if that matters 
-  I work day shift/night shift alternating each month (looking for someone that won’t be super loud while I’m sleeping during the day)

- I enjoy working out, hanging with friends, hosting dinners/a drink before a night out, watching anime/Netflix, outdoorsy stuff occasionally, edm concerts occasionally and making art (I try to decorate the apartment with it from time to time), currently learning how to cook !

Looking for a male or female young professional/masters or grad student with similar vibes to fill the room! I do spend a lot of my day in the living room so I’m looking for a roommate that I vibe with. I keep a clean, mess free apartment so would like someone to be of similar cleanliness.
