1 Room available in Santa Monica bungalow

Hi there, my housemate and friend is sadly moving out and his room will be available from May 1st. He’s taking most of the furniture so the space will look a bit different but working on furnishing it, if you have stuff to bring great!

The place is beautiful, loads of natural light, indoor/outdoor living space with a garden and porch that wraps around the free standing house/bungalow. Lots of space for growing vegetables, other plants etc

Laundry room with washer/dryer. We also have a shed in the back for surfboards and other equipment. 1 parking spot, which we share and otherwise street parking is very easy.

About me; I’m from England/Germany, moved to the US 6 years ago (New York and more recently LA). I keep things low key during the week, yoga, meditation, reading, cooking occasionally, maybe watch a film/show, listen to records. At weekends I’m pretty active and often out of the city; camping, climbing, surfing, skydiving, BASE jumping or if I am here then most likely seeing some live music somewhere. Enjoy hosting the occasional dinner with friends as well. Work wise I’m in the office most days but work from home sometimes (1-2 days).
