Roommate situation: each roommate has their own bedroom that includes a full size bed and desk n chair and shares bathroom with one other person.
Currently 1 of the bedrooms is rented to Jake who has been there just over a year. He is friendly, a good communicator, and works full time. I am looking for 3 more people to fill the other rooms. This is perfect for young professionals who need a safe, clean, and inexpensive place to live. Responsible people only- must have a job and co-signer's are okay.

House is conveniently located in hub of Los Angeles close to 110 and 10 freeway making it easy to get anywhere.
