This is a shared room in a 2x2 apartment, with beautiful views and amazing amenities. The cost is 1200$ a month, parking and utilities included, no more fees! Amenities include 4 pools, rooftop with LA skyline view, volleyball court, movie theater, arcade and an inside restaurant. The apartment has south orientation and is sunny all day. Perfect for the summer! The current roommates are girls from Taiwan and extremely kind and clean.
