Short term let in femme house share

Looking for someone to fill my room while I head home to the UK for a couple of months in the new year. The room sits in a beautiful craftsman near KTown shared with five chill femme roommates who keep the vibe warm, welcoming, and intentional.

We’re tucked right between KTown and USC - super central. The house has all the good stuff; two bathrooms, big communal areas, a dedicated office space, parking, and a washer/dryer. You’ll have full use of the kitchen, plates etc and I’ll clear out my dresser and shelves for you; I’ll just be using my closet for storage while I’m away. The room has a queen bed, small couch, and a large desk with a monitor you’re welcome to use.

Rent: $900 per month bills included

Available: Jan 4th (flexible) through end of March
