Room available for womxn/femme/nonbinary roommate from mid March or April 1st. Hobart House is a 6 bedroom 2 bathroom house share located in mid-city (cross streets are Hobart and Washington). We are a semi-intentional community, meaning we have house meetings every other Monday, host house events, and commit to open communication and spending time together at least every now and then.

Due to current roommate allergies we cannot accommodate anyone with a cat or dog right now. Our roommate agreement covers factors like utilities, guests, parking, etc and we would require new roommates to be good with this (although we’re always open to discussing matters as a house).

We get that LA is expensive and sharing isn’t everyone’s ideal situation, but we are looking for roommates who WANT to live with other people and contribute to a shared household rather than someone who keeps to themselves or just tolerates roommates. We are looking for someone willing to communicate, participate, watch movies together, cook dinner together occasionally.

Room available: Large double room, decent sized closet, windows on two sides, access to outdoor roof area, hardwood floors.
