-Guests can't stay here unless you are here w/them
-Only walking distance from Winco, Walmart, Target, Starbucks and plenty of other stores and Restaurants.
-Easy access to the 57,60,10 and the 71 freeways
-1st and last/security deposit to move in. Prefer min. of 1 year lease, but may be flexible
- 1 small dog and 1 large in home now, no more pets allowed.
