PARKING

One City of Pasadena street-parking permit will be provided at the landlord's expense and included in the monthly rent, subject to city approval and permit requirements.

MAIL

A private mailbox is not included. The renter must arrange personal mail serviced independently through the United States Postal Service or another lawful mailbox provider. The property address may not be used for business registration.

LEASE DETAILS

Monthly rent is $1,500. The home is available on a month-to-month basis, with flexible terms. Maximum occupancy is one person. The property is a 1,300-square-foot owner occupied home. The listing is for one private bedroom and attached bathroom, not the entire residence.

HOUSEHOLD STANDARDS

This is a quiet, smoke-free and pet-free household (except for my 4lb Yorkie). No parties, unauthorized occupants, subletting, or extended overnight guests are permitted. The renter must respect quiet hours and leave all shared areas clean after use.

SCREENING

Applicants must complete the landlords standard application and screening process. This may include identity verification, employment or assignment verification, income verification, rental-history review, references, and a lawful background and credit screening. When contacting the landlord, please provide your requested move-in date, anticipated length of stay, hospital or assignment location, work schedule, and confirmation that only one person will occupy the room.
