Hi friends! I’m looking for a roommate for a 10/1 move in - its a private master bedroom in Pasadena with private bath and direct backyard access. The lease is flexible month to month, rent is $1,400 + around $100 for utilities. We are open to living with someone of any gender identity/expression!

Living here you will have driveway parking in a quiet suburban neighboorhood, in-house washer/dryer, immediate access to 210 freeway, and a fenced in backyard with great mountain views. We have crazy fast fiber internet and central AC/heat. The home is very relaxed; my other roommate Josh travels for work frequently and I work at the Apple store in old town. We are both musicians and live with a senior cat named Marty. If you have a dog that is well adjusted with cats, that is perfectly fine and they can be friends (no cats though please). We are laidback and have a sense of humor. I’m a huge nerd who loves games, fantasy novels, art etc. We maintain an open and thoughtful environment here and keep the house clean. I am 27 and Josh is 31. If you’re also a musician, we have a music space in the garage you can use!

The house is super close to Caltech , the Santa Anita mall, and JPL. Its about a 10 minute drive to old town Pasadena, and about 15-20 minutes to Highland Park/Silverlake neighborhoods. Every grocery store you can think of is somehow right around the corner from us, and you can walk to 711, Taco bell and a few other places. The street is super safe family vibes and slow traffic.
