Nearby laundromat (ext doo, pizza, coffee and pastries (across first intersection), 2 bushes (across the street). I cleam shared bathrooms regularly. No visitors, smoking, pets, alcohol, marijuna, other drugs allowed. Quiet, cleanliness, pleasant female person, mutual respect is expected. Need a reference and simple application.
