Hi! We’re looking for someone to take over a private room in our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Avalon Pasadena, available any time after May 1.

You’d be replacing one tenant and living with a married couple of working professionals in their early 30s. There are no pets in the home.

The available room is a private bedroom with its own personal bathroom, ample closet space, and the possibility of taking over some furniture from the current tenant if helpful. The rest of the apartment is shared and includes a fully furnished living room and kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, AC, dishwasher, a small storage unit, and a shared balcony overlooking the community pool.

The community has a lot to offer, including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, study rooms, Amazon lockers, BBQ area, rooftop area, and parking available within the building (for an extra fee). The lease runs through the end of November. Rent is $1500 per month plus utilities. There is no security deposit or application fee, though you would need to be approved by AvalonBay Communities.

The apartment is within walking distance of Old Pasadena and Caltech, and there are lots of great restaurants just a few minutes away, so it’s an easy and convenient place to live.
