My wife and I are looking for someone to take over our lease (until the end of september) or sign a new lease (right away) for our lovely one-bedroom apartment starting with the 1st of May.

The apartment is located in east Pasadena, nearby Caltech, and Hamilton elementary, in a family and dog friendly neighborhood. The building is family owned and run. The landlord is very friendly and responsive.

The apartment includes a complete set of kitchen appliances, cutlery and dishes. It can come furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. The price for all the furniture is $1000(including, among else, a brand new 50" Samsung TV, speakers and a bed with a mattress). If you want just some furniture, reach out for details.

Coin-operated washer and dryer on site. One parking spot available for $50/month. Street overnight parking free. Pet friendly. Tenant pays utilities.
