Looking for a female roommate to join me in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse in one of the safest and most convenient parts of Pasadena.
The home is a 3b/1.5b layout, but I am only looking for one roommate to keep the environment peaceful and spacious. I will be using the third, smaller bedroom as my home office.
The common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.) are already fully furnished and decorated-you are more than welcome to use everything! You would just need to bring a bed frame and mattress for your private room.
Location & Neighborhood:
• Address: 83 S San Marino Ave (Right on the border of San Marino).
• Walkability: Literally steps away from PCC
(Pasadena City College) —perfect for students or professionals.
• Safety: Located in a very quiet, safe, and high-end residential pocket.
• Convenience: Less than a 10-minute drive to Old Town Pasadena. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.
• Parking: The unit comes with two dedicated parking spaces right next to the house. I have one car, so the second spot is all yours-no more hunting for street parking!

The Details:
• Rent: Very affordable for this area! At $1475 per person per month.
• Utilities: Water is included in the rent. We will split electricity, internet, trash, and renters insurance

• Lease: The current lease runs until mid-December 2026, but I am hoping to look for someone who would be interested in renewing with me long-term.
