Looking for a girl to take my room in May! You would live with Ellie, who is a songwriter and musician. She has a cat, values routine, loves coffee, is gluten free (but if you aren’t it is ok), and values a tidy living space. You would have the master Bedroom, own Bathroom (in room), Big walk-in closet, Shared living Room, Shared kitchen, Balcony. Apartment amenities include a Parking garage, Pool, Gym, Laundry facilities, Elevator, clubhouse, and package service.

The living room is furnished, but the bedroom would not be. The apartment complex (The Villas of Pasadena) is appealing largely because of the location and overall livability. The complex sits in a very walkable, central part of Pasadena, close to restaurants, coffee shops, cultural spots, and everyday errands, with easy access to Old Pasadena, South Lake Avenue, and nearby museums and parks. The Del Mar Metro station is within walking distance, making it convenient for commuting around the San Gabriel Valley and into Los Angeles, and freeway access is quick without the area feeling overly hectic. The surrounding neighborhood strikes a nice balance between urban energy and classic Pasadena charm, with tree-lined streets and a residential feel just steps from busier corridors.

Within the complex, residents tend to appreciate the practical amenities and community feel. While it’s not a brand-new luxury development and some residents mention the building’s age or occasional maintenance issues, the combination of amenities, walkability, and central location makes the Villas of Pasadena a solid choice for people who want an active, connected Pasadena lifestyle without sacrificing comfort.

The community here is very welcoming, and we have some really awesome neighbors. The apartment manager is also very kind and helpful.
