Hey there! I'm Nadia. My friend Amal and I share a beautiful home in Altadena with our 3 pets (2 dogs and a cat) and we are looking for a quiet, easy going and responsible female to take the soon to be available room this coming January.

The bedroom:
Available January 9th, 2026. Rent is 1150+100 utilities= 1250/month. unfurnished, plenty of sunlight, walk in closet, ac unit and fan. Bathroom is shared with one roommate.

The house:
Located .05 from Eaton canyon, close to hasting ranch shopping center, stater brothers, and the best creamery in town-- Carmelas.

The housemates:
Work in the restaurant industry, ages 34-40, quiet, cook at home, clean, garden, and keep it super chill.

You:
age 30s-40. Have a stable job/income, clean, quiet, easy going, likes pets, is respectful.

We are not party girlies, although ocassionally we'll have a wine night. We like to paint, garden and stay busy. We hope to meet a great gal with a well balanced life and a good vibe whom we can mindfully share the space with and create a smooth living situation.
