Hello everyone! I'm posting to advertise a room available starting 11/21 in a spacious 3b2b. The apartment is located near the intersection of Lake and Villa St, and the monthly rent is $1,000 plus $25 for internet (other utilities are fully paid for by another housemate). About the room mates - one is a graduate student at Caltech, and other housemate is a recent graduate of SJSU who is working in LA in film production.
