Medium size furnished room for female, 6 month lease then month to month, twin extra long bed, dresser, 2 wardrobes in lieu of closet, nightstand, lamps, desk and chair, easy chair, small refrigerator and microwave in room. High ceilings, great mountain view. Shared bathrooms, seating area in den, kitchen privileges. Looking for a quiet responsible female with a mature attitude. Need a reference. I make sure the home is safe by rules of no visitors, no drugs, marijuana or alcohol. No on site laundry but laundromat next door. Good neighborhood, close to bus, pizza, coffee, and market. I am open minded and fair and will respect your privacy. Cable wifi and utilities included in price. We all share facilities well. I do have 2 cats, mostly kept in my room.
