It is in walking distance from major supermarket, Starbucks, and Banks, walking distance to Gold Line station on Allen and 7 min (1.8 mi) away from PCC. Many students from school of Culinary, Art Center College of Design, PCC, Pharmacy, Radiology and Nursing programs have successfully graduated while living here.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and dressers.
There is no smoking, illegal drugs /alcohol, or pets.
There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for background check. Must provide proof of income.
I am looking for a roommate who is professional, mature, responsible and clean.
