This second-floor room has a closet, large window, desk, and adjacent private bathroom. It is unfurnished except for one large desk (pictures show a previous occupant’s furniture). On the first floor, the unit has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, half-bathroom, central AC and heating, and high-speed wireless Internet. You will share these spaces with me, a vegetarian Indian woman in my 50s. Please note: The common spaces (including the kitchen) are vegetarian-only. You can have your own food in your personal spaces. The building is smoke-free and the unit is not pet-friendly.

One reserved, gated parking spot is included, and there is good daytime street parking nearby for visitors. $1300/month rent, leasing for a minimum of 6 months. $1300 security deposit.
