Sunny, spatious apartment in Pasadena

Hi There,

My housemate and I will soon have a spare room for rent in our 3Bd/2bath on the 3rd floor of a condo building on Madison St between California & Del Mar. We are two staff scientists working at Caltech/Carnegie Observatories and have lived here for 2 years now. The apartment is very spacious, has lots of storage, a huge balcony, and gets lots of light. It has central AC and heat and the building has a pool+hot tub and shared laundry in the building (not in unit). Your bathroom will be shared and an off street parking spot is available if needed.

Rent is $1150/month and the earliest move in date is July 1st. Deposit is $1750.

We currently don’t have pets (other than a pet rat that stays in a cage inside my roomate’s room) but I like to foster ktitens every now and again. We are a pretty chill pair looking for someone we'll vibe with. We are communicative, tidy, and fairly social. If you’re interested, please reach out and include a little bit about yourself!
