I have a 2nd story 2 bedroom condo and was looking to find a roommate to take on the Master Bedroom.
The place has really nice natural light due to the large south and east facing windows.
The spot is within walking distance of the local grocery store and public library and is within reasonable distances of Old Town Pasadena, PCC, and Cal Tech. It is pretty bikeable as well due to being next the Pasadena bike lane network.
Otherwise, I am not picky on gender and age of a roommate. I just hope to find someone who I can get along with as roommates.
Master bedroom has its own private bathroom. It comes furnished with queen bed, mattress, night stand, shelf, and clothes rack.
Additional furniture will be added as I am still working on furnishing the place.
Common living room area includes a couch, TV entertainment station, and desk.
Kitchen comes with natural gas stovetop.
1 underground parking structure spot is available.
No smoking tobacco or marijuana as per HOA rules. There are party scheduling rules as well with the HOA. I have a cat and unfortunately HOA rules restricts units to one pet per condo unit, so no additional pets will be allowed.
Other lease terms are up for discussion mutually in the roommate agreement.
