Room for rent in beautiful Oldtown Pasadena!

Hi! I have nice 2 bedroom apartment in Pasadena right by all of the restaurants and shops on Lake Ave. I am one block from Caltech and two blocks from PCC... very nice, clean and safe area. It is, however, an expensive area and I am a single mom who has my child every other week. I am looking to rent out the second bedroom due to how expensive the rent is (my child would share my room with me during the weeks that he is with me). My complex is very nice with a gym, pool, and jacuzzi. I have a large patio. The complex is very clean and quiet and peaceful. My unit is always very clean, has central AC/Heat, hardwood floors, a fireplace, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. I am looking to rent out the room on a month to month basis for $1700. That would cover rent, internet and utilities. It comes with an assigned parking space. It comes with private bathroom but shared showered (it is 1.5 bathrooms). Must be OK with my cat and a puppy who are both VERY sweet. Can provide a link upon request to complex site that shows pictures of complex/general look/layout.
