Looking for a new housemate to take over for our girl Sarah who is moving for a job. :(

Located right next to Old Town Pasadena, only two blocks Colorado Blvd, and also two from Lake St! This beautiful house is within walking distance of restaurants, gyms, tennis courts, grocery stores, bars, and has a 100+ year old oak tree in the front yard which we adore.

Your chill and tidy housemates are a Caltech astrophysics post-doc from Italy, a machine learning specialist, a writer, and a rock climbing professional (not a professional rock climber.) Three of us are big into rock climbing, two play DnD and are AMC Stubs A-Listers (sorry to brag), and we water each others plants when we go out of town. We are two guys and a girl, and we welcome all gender identities and sexualities (should go without saying...) So we are four, and looking for a fifth. Splitting bills and chores five ways keeps the AC cheap and the house clean as heck.
