Located right next to Old Town Pasadena, only two blocks Colorado Blvd, and also two from Lake St! This beautiful house is within walking distance of restaurants, gym, tennis courts, grocery stores, bars, and has a 100+ year old oak tree in the front yard which we adore.

Your housemates are a (very quiet) musician, a writer, a pasta maker(legit), and a rock climbing professional (not a professional rock climber.) We like DnD, we are AMC Stubs A-Listers (sorry to brag), and we are chill, yet tidy. We are two guys plus a het couple, and we welcome all gender identities and sexualities (should go without saying...) So we are four, and looking for a fifth. Splitting bills and chores five ways keeps the AC cheap and the house clean as heck.
