Looking For 1 Roommate

This is a 2 bed 11/2 bath apartment complex on lake ave in Pasadena ca. You would be renting one room with a private half bathroom. Water and trash are included. Gas is monthly and electric is every other month. There is a washer and dryer in the back for the whole complex. Electric, and gas fluctuate depending on usage. I am looking for a reliable person that can pay their rent on time and keep things clean. Pets are allowed but they need to be certified as a service pet. Also my landlord is a stickler for credit so if you try to rent your credit needs to be 700 or higher. It is a good location with old town pasadena, and pcc a few miles away. The bus stop is very close and the train station is a straight walk down the street. I am the only other roommate. I have a cat that I'm taking care of temporarily he is very easy going and does not scratch or bite. A few things about me: I am an easy going person and would love to get to know you if we end up moving together. I love to sing and cook. I also work as a line cook and do at home cooking projects like kombucha and bread with my sourdough starter.
