Looking for a short term (female) roommate. Perfect accommodations for a student.

House is a cute 2.5 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage built in 1896. Occupied by an easy going, down to earth female and FOUR CATS (Sage, Shadow, Cecilia, Ziggy)

Private bedroom has twin day bed, tv, bookshelf, ceramic heater, ceiling fan, window, dresser, closet, nightstand and small closet.

I'm a teacher and like to keep the place quiet and clean (so tidiness is a must!)

AMENITIES:

Rent includes utilities, trash, WIFI and access to nice living space, bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry w/ washer and dryer, onsite parking and small storage shed.

NOTE: House has NO central air or heat. Has a gas floor heater.

LOCATION:

Ideally located near the Rose Bowl and the lovely Arroyo Seco, walking distance grocery store (Vallarta), library, Brookside Park, post office, bus line, few blocks from the (Metro) Gold Line, Old Towne Pasadena and 210, 134 and 110 Freeways

No overnight guests or smoking.
